Meet Leslie White
My mission is twofold: to help people rediscover their happiness after challenging relationships and to empower people to unlock their full career potential.
With over ten years of experience as a Christian coach, I have had the privilege of guiding both individuals and executives toward personal and professional growth. My passion is to empower others to reach their highest potential through tailored coaching strategies that are both impactful and sustainable.
My Background
I hold a business degree from Georgia Tech which has provided me with a solid foundation for understanding organizational analysis, management systems, marketing and profitability. Through The Coach Training Academy and Coach U, I continued my Coaching education which has strengthened my expertise in personal growth and development. Over the years, I have refined my skills through specialized training in areas such as:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Emotional Intelligence
Dealing with Narcissistic Personalities
Blended Families
Effective Communication
Spiritual Formation
These skills allow me to offer a unique, personalized approach to coaching that helps individuals overcome personal challenges, build stronger relationships, and foster emotional resilience.
WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING
“Our family is in a much better place than it would be if I didn't have her as my coach.”
Leslie White was instrumental in helping me with a tough situation in my family. She is excellent at de-escalating tumultuous situations. Our family is in a much better place than it would be if I didn't have her as my coach.
A little about me, my faith & my family
My faith plays a central role in everything I do. I am actively involved in several Adult Ministries at North Point Community Church, where I find immense joy in serving and connecting with others. This involvement strengthens my approach to coaching by fostering compassion, understanding, and the desire to uplift those around me.
Outside of coaching, I am a proud mother of three wonderful sons, and I absolutely love being married to my supportive husband, Tom. My personal experiences in family, faith and sobriety, deeply inform my approach to helping others thrive in all areas of life.
